Though located within one of the largest gyms in Louisville, this café is available to both members and non-members of LAC. Great Life Café offers lighter food portions with good nutrition. Choose from 15 types of smoothies, or create your own with whey or soy protein. Great Life is locally owned and sells vitamins and supplements in mind. There are plenty of salads, sandwiches and wraps to choose from.
